PRODUCTSTo avoid confusion, please read carefully the product description. If you have any questions about them, don't hesitate to contact me.If there's leftover stock of a product after the shop is closed, I can hold items for you if you can't afford to pay until a month later. This period of time can be extended for another month as long as you notify me. After that time they'll be avaliable for someone else to purchase.REFUNDS
Refunds can only be made during the shop's opening period. After that the products are in production and no refunds can be made.SHIPPINGProducts in preorder status take a longer time to get packaged and shipped. They donn't start manufacturing until the store is closed, and the shipping starts only about a month later. You will receive an email notifying when the package is sent, but if you want to know the status of your order you can always send an email.If you're moving in the near future and you're unsure what address to write, you can send me a message to hold you're package for a while.Shipping takes place from Spain, and is available to send everywhere. Once the package is sent the shipping time usually takes 1-2 weeks for orders placed in the European Union, and is expected to take 1-2 months outside. There can always be delays because of customs, but the package should eventually arrive.The period of time in which I'll be sending orders can be long and be extended up to a few months. To make things faster I recommend to take a tracking number.Please note that once the order is sent the package is no longer under my responsability, but the postal service's. If the order doesn't include a tracking number there's no way for me to know the status of the package.Package doesn't arriveIf a package doesn't arrive in the expected time it could be because of customs, because it's being returned, or because it got lost. I recommend notifying me via email (preferably) or direct message on any of my social media to let me know, then wait around a month to see if it finally arrives or gets returned.If the package gets returned because of a mistake in the shipping address I would send it again with the correct address.If it's because it was unclaimed I can let you know (if you have contacted me first) and clarify if you want me to send it again. In that case I will send you an invoice for the price of the shipping alone.No tracking numberIf a package with no tracking is lost, unfortunately there's nothing I can do. There's the possibility to purchase the merch again if there's leftover stock, but it's likely in the case of preorders that there won't be any.If it's damaged I recommend contacting the post office that delivered it to you, but it's likely they won't take responsability for it.Tracking numberIf the package gets lost there's the possibility of trying to get a compensation contacting the postal service.If it's damaged, please take pictures of the package first and contact your local post office. You can send them to me as well so I can contact my post office and see if there's anything that can be done.
Commissions
I reserve my right to refuse a commission that doesn't fit what I'm offering or makes me uncomfortable. Shotacon/lolicon is automatically decliend. For anything else you can dm me to talk about your idea.Once your commission is accepted you will be sent an invoice. Once paid, the commission slot will be closed and I'll start working on the sketch, not before. If the commission is expensive (+160€) I offer the possibility of paying in two times. I'll work on the sketch after the first payment, then will only start the rest of the work after the second payment.I don't work with strict schedules, but usually commissions will take one or two months for completion. If you're commissioning me for a special date please do so with enough time.Usually there will be two revisions, one for the sketch and another one for the final piece. You can always ask to see the progress of your commission.The sketch will take 2 days to 1 week, then I'll wait until you revise the sketch. Please make sure to ask for all major changes in this stage, as they will be more difficult to implement later. Major changes can be done later but they will have an extra cost.It's recommended to send clear reference or even a sketch of your own for a better understanding of your idea. A character sheet will be required if the commission includes an OC. The more information the better.I don't accept refunds once the sketch is finished. If you chose to make the payment in two parts you can always wait a little while if you need it, but please notify me of this.
When there's no response when sending revisions or invoices in two weeks, the commission will be considered finished.Commissions are for personal use only.You will receive a .pdf, a .png and the original file. You can post the finished commission crediting me, and edit it if you wish.i reserve my right to decide if I post the commission publicly or not, as well as use it for future promotion. If you don't want your commission to be public, please state so.
You can also decide if you want your @ user to be tagged or not, or an alias in its place.If you wish to commission me but my slots are closed, you can still ask in direct messages or email and we can talk about it.
